Restarting Komp

Many issues can be resolved by restarting the Komp. You can restart Komp via the app if you are the administrator.

If Komp is online:

  1. Go to Settings in the top right corner
  2. Tap About Komp
  3. Tap Restart

In order to restart your Komp via the Komp app, the app needs to be on minimum software version 2.9.0.


It might take up to a minute for Komp to restart itself.

If Komp has no connection:

  1. Pull the power cable
  2. Wait 10 seconds
  3. Insert the power cable again
