Returning your Komp

Before you return your Komp, please factory reset your unit. 

🇬🇧 UK

To return your current Komp unit, go to www.tfix.co.uk/rma and fill in the details. You will receive a return label in the portal, which you can use to drop your Komp off at the post office. If you are using a different courier, please print the label and put it inside the box.

Note: Please enter "For Refurbishment" as the Fault description.

Pack up the Komp unit securely in the original packaging. Make sure the power cable is included. If there are any issues, contact support@noisolation.com.

Important: Please send the unit back as soon as possible to avoid any more invoice payments to be taken for the next month. We will send an email confirmation once we have received the unit and the invoice has been cancelled."

Pack up the Komp unit securely in the original packaging. Make sure the power cable is included. Send the Komp to the address below. We will cancel the subscription as soon as we have received the Komp.
