Returning your Komp

Before you return your Komp, please factory reset your unit. 

🇬🇧 UK

Please return your Komp following the instructions below. Once we have received it, the subscription will be cancelled.
Important: If you do not reset your Komp, we will reset it ourselves once you have filled out the return form in the link below.
  • Please pack up the Komp securely in the original packaging, inside a protected cardboard box
  • Make sure the power cable is included
  • We work with a service partner called Tfix. Go to tfix.co.uk/rma and fill in the details, here you will receive the shipping label
  • Drop the parcel off at the nearest post office
  • If you are using the QR code instead of the printout label, please press "get new" and then "open QR code". Show the QR code directly from your phone (it's not possible to take a picture from your PC screen).
Please send the unit back as soon as possible to avoid any more payments to be taken. We will send an email confirmation once we have received the unit and the subscription has been cancelled.
