The keyword will be visible on the screen as soon as the Komp made contact with our servers. If the screen is showing the keyword as <unknown> , please try the steps below:
- Wait for about 10 minutes, it might appear later on the screen
- Check if the SIM in the back of the Komp (next to the USB inputs) is completely inserted. If it is not, push it in until it clicks and the SIM is not sticking out anymore. When this is done, restart the Komp by unplugging it for about 10 seconds and plugging it back in.
- Try to move the Komp closer to a window or into a different room
