AV1 software
Open the AV1 app. Go to Settings > About your AV1. There you will find the AV1 Software version. Your AV1 will update automatically when it is left to charge overnight. We recommend to charge AV1 every night for this reason (as well as ensuring a full battery at the start of the school day).
AV1 app software
You can easily see if your app needs an update by going to the App Store or the Play Store. Search for the AV1 app. There will be a button saying either "Open" or "Update". Please update your app if needed.
You can also check what software the AV1 app is on in the AV1 app. On the top right corner, click on the Settings cog. Take a look at the bottom of the screen, below "Remove your AV1". In small letters, you will find the software version of the app. You have to go to the App Store or Play Store for updates.
