The video stream quality is poor, what is wrong?

Poor video stream quality is caused by a poor connection at either AV1’s site or the user's site.

Please try the following:

1. Check AV1’s connectivity
2. 1. If AV1 is connected to 4G you can try to connect it to Wifi
   2. If AV1 is connected to Wifi you can try to remove the Wifi network and use the cellular network instead
3. If that doesn’t help, it might be that the network at your site has low quality/poor connection
4. 1. If your tablet or phone is connected to a cellular network you can try to connect it to a Wifi network
   2. If your tablet or phone is connected to a Wifi network you can try to use the cellular network instead
