FAQ | AV1 Keyword

I need a new keyword, what should I do?

If you are an Administrator or School Assistant, you can generate new keywords from the AV1 Admin Portal (for example if you want to hand over the AV1 to a student after having tested it, or the AV1 is going to a new student).

The AV1 keyword doesn’t work, what should I do?

If you get a message that the keyword doesn’t work, it is because

  • it has been used before
  • you typed the keyword incorrectly or 
  • your device is not connected to the internet. 

Double check that you typed the keyword correctly. A keyword can only be used one time. This is to make sure that only one device is connected to AV1, and that the correct user gets access.
